| The Blues Diet |
| As you know, The BluesBurners are concerned about the health of our fans so we have included the Blues Diet enjoyed by blues bands nationwide. |
Breakfast
They say that the most important meal of the day is breakfast, and this holds true with the blues diet. So when a blues Guy or Gal wakes up at the crack of noon, it is necessary to have a good source of carbohydrates and protein. The Blues choice is Wonder bread and Spam. |
Lunch
Blues people prefer to have a light lunch. Pork is always a good choice. It is light and filling and goes well with Potatos. |
Dinner
Dinner can last all evening usually between sets at the local blues bar and driving to and from gigs. Cheez Whiz is good for dipping your Slim Jims and a good source of protein. Don't forget your vegetables! Stop and shop original potato chips. |
Beverages
Beer is the drink of choice for most blues Guys and Gals. When quality is not an issue, these brands are the blues choice. |
