David Camarillo

Known as the Groovemeister, rhythm guitarist David Camarillo is in charge of the Funk in the band. As he likes to say: "We're gonna make it so funky you can smell it!" Growing up in the East Bay city of Oakland, David started playing guitar in the early 70's. Some of his favorite musicians are Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, B.B.King, Eric Clapton, and John Lennon. He and his wife, lead singer K.C., are the band's songwriting duo. David is also a talented singer, doing both solo and background roles.
