K.C. Camarillo
K.C. has been in the music business since she was 5 years old. She spent her childhood summers performing at Woodminster Theater in Oakland where her grandfather John M. Falls was the director. Coming from a family of actors and singers (her dad is well-known Bay Area actor Frank Falls) K.C. has an easy and natural stage presence. Her voice has been described as ranging from "silk to smoke"... "powerful, sultry". Raised on Broadway musicals, jazz, and EastBay grooves, Ms. Camarillo draws from a diverse and eclectic taste in music to write the BluesBurners original material with husband David. Sonoma County favorite, Sarah Baker was K.C.'s vocal coach. K.C.'s influences are many but include Bonnie Raitt, Chaka Khan, Jimi Hendrix, the late, great Ray Charles, Rickie Lee Jones, Sade, and Lydia Pense. Current favorites are the Dixie Chicks, Patty Griffin, Corrinne Bailey Rae and Amos Lee.

David Camarillo
Known as the Groovemeister, rhythm guitarist, exciting front man and band leader David Camarillo is the Funkiest Homo Sapien in the band. Growing up in the East Bay city of Oakland, David started playing guitar in the early 70's. Some of his favorite musicians are Jimi Hendrix, Prince, Stevie Ray Vaughn, John Mayer, B.B.King, Eric Clapton, and John Lennon. He and wife K.C.are the band's songwriting duo. David is also a talented singer, doing both solo and background roles.

Mike Marino
Monster lead guitarist Mike Marino spent 25 years playing the Southern California Blues Scene before moving to North Cali. Mike is well known between L. A. and Santa Barbara for his rippin guitar and soulful voice, playing with the popular band The Bluesaholics. In his younger days he also toured with famed girl group The Shirelles. Now he's here in the North Bay to keep the BluesBurner's flame blazing. Mike sings and plays many styles of the blues from mean delta slide to jazzy swing, and then tops it off with wild blues rock. Mike inherited his musical talent from father, Tony Marino, who was a professional musician who played with the top big bands in the 40's and 50's. When he's not busy with BluesBurners gigs, Mike spends his time building his own guitars and pedals. Check out our links page for his new pedal company, ToneCandy.

Marlin Weitzel
The BluesBurners are extremely lucky to have dynamic drummer Marlin "Iron Cobra" Weitzel backing us up. Originally from Ohio, Marlin moved to the EastBay where he played at clubs in Oakland and Berkeley for a couple of decades. After coming to the North Bay, Marlin joined with Michael Dolan in the legendary band The Moron Project. Thanks to his experience with every musical genre, Marlin can play anything you throw at him, and play it well. He really keeps the groove groovin.

Jim Allen
Bassist Jim Allen is a veteran studio musician and live performer. Raised in Los Angeles, Jim studied music at UCLA and worked with many outstanding musicians including "Richie Havens, Jai Winding, Danny Elfman and members of Oingo Boingo". Playing in clubs and festivals throughout California he has shared the stage with Charlie Musselwhite, Lydia Pense and Cold Blood, Rick Derringer, Jefferson Starship, Shuggie Otis, and Bruce Willis. After relocating to the Bay area, Jim has continued to play and record with many local musicians including Sonny & The Blenders, Jackie Payne, Bautista, Jami Jamison and The BluesBurners.
